Our Teaching and Learning Model
Real projects, clear foundations, calm structure
At FLOW School, we design learning so every child feels safe, curious, and positively challenged by real work. Our elementary program blends project-based learning with steady progress in literacy and numeracy, English-supported co-teaching (CLIL-informed), and purposeful digital skills, all within calm routines and daily wellbeing. The result is strong academics and the mindset to thrive in a fast-changing world.
What your child will experience

Project-Based Learning (PBL)
Projects revolve around authentic challenges. Students research → prototype → present → reflect, building communication, collaboration, and critical thinking. You’ll get early insight into progress via targeted feedback and presentations your child delivers to classmates and parents.
English in the classroom
An English-speaking educator works alongside the class teacher. Short, CLIL-informed activities run in English, so students hear and use academic English in context while learning primarily in Czech. Pathways outline growth in listening, speaking, and subject vocabulary.

Strong foundations in literacy and numeracy
Daily reading/writing workshops and structured mathematics sequences build fluent skills that feed directly into projects, so children apply what they learn with purpose.
Digital literacy and programming
From Grade 1, children research, create media, code, and present. ICT specialists co-plan with teachers so technology serves thinking, data, and communication, not the other way around.

Wellbeing woven into learning
Morning circles, calm classroom zones, and access to student-support services help children feel known and ready to take learning risks. Safety and belonging are made visible in routines.
The FLOW learner
Curious • Creative • Collaborative • Compassionate • Competent
Confident communicators and problem-solvers who transfer learning to new situations. At FLOW, it’s not only what we learn that matters, but how we learn.
